After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Unsure of pickup date even though I had a deadline. Went from him hauling the truck on a trailer to "maybe" his wife would drive it up.

Pick up and delivery happened on time, but this hauler should work on his customer service skills!!! I don't like complaints from the delivery customer that the driver was rude after they stayed their 1.5 hours after closing so he could unload.
