There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Carrier charged my account outside of UShip and charged a cancellation fee. They should have told me beforehand if they can collect my shipment or not, before quoting and charging my credit card. I was not the one who cancelled, carrier cancelled and charged me. Will not be using this carrier in future.
