The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer stated in the original ad that "I WOULD BE WILLING IN DIVIDING THIS INTO 2 SEPERATE SHIPMENTS" I stated very clearly in my bid that it was based on two separate shipments, I would still be willing to accommodate this shipment, however as I quoted and as the customer indicated - it would be two separate shipments. I do not want to be negative towards this customer as it is possible it may have been a communication problem, However it was very clearly typed in black and white.

the shipper (CLEARLY) stated to us that he thought they were miniature cars - ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! he accepted the bid and then stated to us it would cost 3 times the amount he accepted to do the job.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper thought these were miniature racecars and informed me it would take several trips. He advised me that the shipping fee was per load

The Customer's ad stated that he would divide the shipments, I based my rate that CLEARLY stated it was priced per load. CUSTOMER THEN ACCEPTED MY BID AND wanted me to take two loads for the price of one (ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!). This customer CLEARLY misrepresented his shipment and after agreeing to his own terms and my bid that was in black and white. BEWARE!!
