Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We had communication with the customer since the moment of the booking, we send a work order contract, with the verify dimensions of the pallets and units to load, we send our driver, and dimensions were longer and we had the space required by the customer. Have the work order signed by the customer. We talk that could send another truck and negotiate the price for a full load, the customer agreed and now we are getting the cancellation. We advice of the TONU and cancellations fees.

None of this is true. This shipper did not complete the shipment as he said he would. I was very clear on the shipment size and type of trailer we needed. Days late from when he said he'd pick it up, disregarded all of our communications and then threatened me with recorded phone calls. Deleted our questions and answers. Very sad and bad experience. Wasted lots of time trying to work this out with this guy. The stuff he says never happened.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipment has not been picked up. We have had many problems with this shipment and just need to start over and get my load picked up. It is very important and I have staff and equipment waiting.
