Damaged. No insurance. No refund.
Robert damaged the delivery by pulling the desk out carelessly. I pointed it out as it happened— the leg torqued & the top cracked. I paid a decent amount for this delivery so it would be safe. He said he would send me a partial refund after i released payment. I trusted him and released payment and he ghosted & blocked my number. I waited a few days to leave this review, hoping he would send as promised. He doesnt have insurance. He lied. Be careful.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved He was great but leaving my area sooner than I could accommodate. Look forward to working with him on another job sometime.
