The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper canceled after I accepted their offer claiming their truck broke down.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period i've reached out to roadrunner transportation multiple times about getting this shipment picked up, it's been on their schedule then cancelled and then back on the schedule and after over a dozen phone calls they still havent picked up the shipment. it's been 6 business days and now i'm forced to either refund my client or find another transport company
