The pick-up was flawless. Everything else was a disaster. Despite my contact via email with the rep, the driver did not contact the receiver until the day he wanted to deliver, rudely hung up when she asked for an hour. He then dropped everything off in a storage across town and Ben-hur offered no help getting it to destination. Several items are missing-alot of DVDs and CDs, an MBA diploma and a microwave. Filing a claim seems purposely difficult and claims rep is unresponsive and unhelpful Response from BenHur: Customer was out of Country. Provided phone numbers for other Contacts however none were available to accept his items. BH dropped his items in a Public Storage at its own expense. On day of delivery Customer contacted BH via email @ 9pm to provide a third Contact. Also never spoke with dispatch. All items were unloaded. Customer has filed a claim with BH and it's in process.

Despite a few hiccups, cargo was delivered quickly and safely. The dispatcher was especially easy to work with.
