David was great to work with - a real professional; he represents the best that Uship could ask for (and get).From the time he offered a competative bid to the time he arrived in my driveway; he let me know everything about my shipment which made the experience w/ Uship very, very positive.He sent a series of photographs starting w/ his pick-up at the auction house and then pictures of the condition of my purchase and finally photographs of the secure piece inside his truck. Despite severe weather & difficult traffic enroute to my home in rural southeastern Texas, Guy was able to deliver my large/heavy bronze planter. The price for delivery was fair & the pick-up at an auction house in south Florida was very fast.
My house sitter told me that s small piece of the planter (a cast bronze horn) was found broken when she came to move it into the house. I'm pretty sure that the damage(as yet unseen by me) will not be difficult or expensive to repair.

Shipper purchased this item site unseen and was disappointed when he found it to be missing a part (as stated, not seen by himself) As it turns out the item was sold in this condition and had nothing to do with my impeccable transport. If I was asked to, I would have performed a detailed inspection of such goods for the buyer before moving them. GK
