Jim was great. Showed up on time. Packaged everything carefully in trailer and delivered it on time. We will use him again. They are the best.

Rick was awesome. He communicated immediately after the bid and set up delivery. Was in constant contact prior pick up and delivered the shipment exactly on time. Would recommend him highly.

Dan did a fantastic job. We were shipping an original Toulose Lautrec with a very high value. He did a great job of protecting the artwork. He stayed in communication with us from the time we accepted the bid until he delivered the artwork. Dan is great and you should have no concern about working with him. We trusted a $40k piece of art with him. We look forward to shipping additional items.

My experience, overall, with John was positive. He contacted me as soon as I accepted the bid, told me when he was going to be arriving and called and texted several times. However, he did not clearly look at the dimensions of the artwork and two would not fit in his vehicle, so only 2 of the 4 pieces of art shipped. That was not the end of the world, since he did adjust his pricing. However, I had taken out cargo insurance for a $40,000 piece of art and uShip refused to give me credit.

They could not have been any better. First, the trailer hitch would not work properly. Gus fixed it. Then we had to get the boat out of the water and my wife grounded it is shallow water. Gus and Monika were very patient and understanding while we got the boat in and loaded. They picked up the boat when they said and delivered it when they stated. There was plenty of communication; both via emails and calls. I would use them again.

I would highly recommend them for moving. They did an excellent job moving our furniture including our piano. Their communication was excellent prior to the move and throughout the move. I would absolutely use them again.

This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Alan picked the boat up on time. We arrived in FL and he met us at the launch. The boat would not start and he diagonsed a faulty starter. He took us to a marina where we purchased a new starter, which he installed successfully. Then, our lift wouldn't work but he finally got it to work. We will use him again. A++++ experience.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper contacted me today and informed me he was unable to make the assigned dates due to a problem with one of his drivers. We needed to be assured it would get shipped this week, so we contacted another carrier.
