I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Janice is very nice to communicate with. The only problem is her certified Rigger was unable to put the machine on a pallet. She now has to go back through UShip and request a flatbed instead of an Enclosed trailer. I would still do business with Janice in the future. Very nice to work with.

Shipper was unable to put freight on the pallet so she had to change her shipment details to flat bed only. I would still continue to do business with her. Very nice to deal with.
