john is having problems wiring money for the purchase of this bike they wont release the bike to us with out john paying for the bike . We waited for 3days and can not wait no longer we have other deliveries to keep. Kecia

John was a pleasure to meet and I don't envy his trip back across the border with long lines and lots of waiting. I wish him all the best and I hope to work with him again.

The work to export and import to Canada was minimal and quick,,,,,,,,but the black friday line of returning shoppers made my crossing a 2hr ordeal!!!!!I have already been promoting door2door at work and will look them up when I do this type of shipping again.

Pickup was scheduled no problem and was smooth. Responded to my emails with update.
Arrived in Niagara falls NY as scheduled and met in the morning at the delivery destination. Motorcycle was great and shipping service was excellent.
Would highly recommend to anyone.
One thing appeared to of been left behind and he offered to pickup on next time through which is much appreciated.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I paid via bank wire and the funds have not arrived when told they would and the shipper could not wait any longer as there was no time line provided by bank still. THe shipper had a schedule to keep so must find a new shipper.

Doug was excellent to deal with. He offered excellent service, was very flexible and fit perfectly with my time lines. We kept in touch throughout the shipping process. The bike arrived spotless. Doug was awesome in helping load and secure the bike on my trailer for the 1hr journey across the U.S border to Burlington Ontario.
