driver either did not take paperwork or was not given it. He had to go back and finally I emailed direct to releasing company so he could pick it up. I was very frustrated. I don't know if it was the booking company's or trucking companies fault. Finally recieved product about 1 week late. Way to many phone calls and emails for me.

John is a very good shipper. Arrived on time with all of the goods in good shape.
No problems. Will definitley use again.

hit some weather and equipment problems but came thru anyway. Perseverance is an admirable quality. good job....

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Only because I thought I had covered that I did not want to Pallatize or Crate the item because of exhorbitant costs associated with doing this. I will take the blame for not communicating my needs well enough. If there is a problem please let me know. I will be expecting a refund and relist to have this picked up by another individual shipper. Thanks for your consideration and assistance.

very good experience. dropped off even though no one was here to recieve. took good care of product. I was gone monday and they waited until I returned to settle. I appreciate these people.
