The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The shipping customer told me the dealership wouldn't release his boat to anyone but himself. So he requested to cancel the shipment, because he will be picking it up himself. So since the problem on his end wasn't able to be resolved, I agreed to his request to cancel the shipment. He did offer me a cancellation fee to compensate me for my time. I'd do business with him again in the future. Seems to be a decent person to deal with. Thanks Chris

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Terrible. Pickup kept getting delayed day by day but tried to keep me Ha going on saying it would for sure be the following day. After playing the game for nearly a week the provider stopped communicating with me. Uship should not allow people like this.

Marc did an excellent job transporting a large boat through a surprising bad winter storm. Even through all the conditions and small problems that were out of his control, he delivered the boat extremely fast. I would use his transport service over and over again. Thanks so much!
