Brill customers paid straight away shame the weight of the item wasn't correct

Great service and communication....gave u.ship all the information via eBay including the correct size and weight also used there tick boxes that it would not be on a pallet and no fork lift would be available...unfortunately according to the courier this wasn't passed on to the courier before he put a bid in so it has cost him money...all I can say is thanks for everything David and I hope you make things aware to other couriers as to your dilemma.
