I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This is simply not true. If you look at the dates we put on original quote we told the customer it would take up to ten days for pickup. And ten days for drop off. The travel time from PA to FL is a minimum of 20 hours at th best conditions. Same day drop off was never going to happen. I spoke to this customer myself and explained to him that it wouldn't be until at least the end of this week. We are well within our times. Response from Alfredo D.: The window on the original booking was 2 weeks open, I called and spoke with your "Manager" and stated that two weeks for pickup and another two weeks for delivery wasn't going to work. I needed a date. She told me by the end of the week it would be picked up. I spoke with her every day since the booking and every day she said she had 2 drivers that lived close and one of them would pick it up. Yesterday she said Her manager changed the terms and would be picked up the following week.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider informed me that he was unable to pickup the shipment by the scheduled date and would not be able to pick up at a later date.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The pickup location still hasn't been contacted about pickup. The service provider told me his trailer was involved in an accident last week and he was getting it fixed or replaced. Stated the item would be picked up early this week. I have called texted and emailed with no reply.

Great service. Very nice guy. Would definitely use again. Great communication. I wasn't in Houston for the pickup, he made sure item was safe and secure for delivery to Atlanta.
