The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer stated 8 items. There are 12. The weight listed was 4800 lbs. the load is approximately 12000 lbs. shipment cannot be completed for the price agreed upon initially.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The customer accepted our offer on the 24th of September and we advise the customer pickup will be made within 7 days. We have already sent one of our drivers but they did not fit and are now coordinating the pick up with a different trailer.
