There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer is moving a 20' airplane wing. Before booking was made it clear the item needed to be completely crated or secured to a pallet to avoid damages. When we sent the driver to pickup the item was only crated around the middle 5' or so, and was not adequately protected to move LTL. The customer did not want to pay someone to fully crate the item, and is now canceling.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Bad Service
Response from bluegraceonline:
Customer is shipping a wing that is 20' long. They were told the wing would need to fully crated and protected to be picked up. When the driver arrived only the middle 5', or so, was crated the rest exposed. No LTL carrier would move this freight. Customer refused to crate it further.
