YES IT WAS A BAD TIME FOR THIS DELIVERY AS WE HAD 2 MAJOR SNOW STORMS DURING THIS AND I HAD TO REROUTE A FEW TIMES AS FOR CALLING WE HAD A TRUCK ISSUE ON R WAY TO THEM AND I CALLED THEM AND LET THEM KNOW I WOULD BE THERE SATURDAY JUST WASNT SURE OF THE TIME TILL THEY GOT IT FIXED AS SOON AS THEY WERE DONE I CALLED I WAS ONLY AN HR AWAY AND LET THEM KNOW THE TIME.IM SORRY U WHERE CAUGHT UP IN THE WEATHER BUT WHEN IT HAPPENS I CANT CONTROL IT

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Unfortunately, we use NATIONAL LTL carriers and we were just looking out for the customer. This is nothing on our part, but we do know the carrier would charge for a home business as a residence. This is a mutual cancellation.

Took about month longer than promised. Things happen- but just communicate! They don't call to let you know something came up or that there is a problem. When finally they told us that they would be here "this weekend sometime" we asked that they call at least 24 hour ahead to make sure we were here- they called 20 minutes prior- had to turn around leaving for important meeting to return home to meet shipper. Fortunately we hadn't gone far. Great price and we did get mower- but very aggravating.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We are having some discrepancy as to whether ship from and deliver to locations are residential or businesses- while we did request bid business to business, on shippers info form we listed that they are "home-based" businesses in order to try to receive shipping date and time although businesses are actually not residences. They are legitimate businesses located near the owner's homes. After much emailing back and forth- and the shipper stating that it appears on zoning maps that delivery addr
