George iis a great guy to work with. He really did a nice job of making sure the paperwork at the pickup was available. I hope to make another trip to his area!

Our item arrived within the time frame we suggested in good condition. There was some confusion due to a truck breakdown and it changed the arrival date predicted by the company. Then it did not arrive one day and we were waiting and expecting to unload it. Apparently a different dispatcher had taken over but we were not notified of changes that would affect our items delivery. We would have liked to have had tracking enabled so we knew where our item was over time.

Towmaster trailer was delivered in a timely fashion. Louis kept me posted each step of the way until my trailer was delivered. He was courteous and professional. He was great to work with!
