At this time, the shipper has been in contact with the subcontractor and the services of Empire Transportation is no longer required.

Nonstop problems. Didn't show, then showed up late. Didn't have a big enough truck, then couldn't come out until I had already moved out of town. I had to arrange with someone else to newt then at the storage unit to get my stuff. Changed the price after they picked up, held my stuff hostage for months. Tripled the price on me then made us drive an hour and a half to meet them and collect our stuff. Plus, they were a-holes. Worst ever! I've used uShip before with good results, but this provider

Pick up was very smooth and simple. They did a good job wrapping up my pictures and even reboxed some smaller items for me. The delivery was only okay. My boxes arrived a week early, so I wasn't prepared with a truck or storage. The storage we came up with wasn't big enough, so the guy who delivered the stuff offered to hold on to the stuff that didn't fit til the next day. We couldn't get him on the phone for a week! We finally got our stuff into the unit and my car showed up several days late.
