There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service provider said they would ship for the bid of $275 (I accepted this bid through uship and PAID) and they sneakily put in that they actually wanted $400 for the shipment in the comments section. READ uship rules this is not allowed. I would suggest finding a different shipper!!!!!

We stated in the notes that we would ship for $400 not $275, the shipper accepted the bid without reading the notes. We did not do anything sneakliy we even offer to still transport for the $275 to honor the bid just to keep customer happy and shipper did not accept.

They got my female Dane to me and she arrived healthy and happy. Pretty had attached herself to them which shows they took good care f her during transport. The person that was the pick up person was a little upset that they did not stay in contact before pick up and had given her multiple days of possible pick up and they did not show. So punctuality was not the best but pretty arrived healthy and that is what counts.

Coming through was a snow storm shut down I80 and if she had a good cell phone we could have kept in contact.I am sorry she said she has a pre paid phone and was out of minutes I have a contract phone with verizon pretty was a amazing a girl to she hadn't really had love because she was only ised for breeding. We gave her a lot of love and spoiled her..

They were excellent with my Dane. She arrived happy and healthy:) she actually wanted to stay with them instead of going in the house with me. They even waited an extra day to pick her up because the seller was terrible with getting in touch with them. Highly recommend.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The bid was to picked up within 7 days. It is now 16 days past the time frame the dog was supposed to be picked up in. I've been very accommodating and tried to work with them and have not gotten the communication I needed.

Laura was amazing with Spook. She also got the run around from the pick up person and went above and beyond to make sure she got him picked up. I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help me, any other shipper would have gave up. I would highly highly recommend Laura for your pets transportation needs :)

I know how hard it was to keep your head up and hopes high as we machinated all the changes of the previous owner. But we did it - and your boy is home with you for good. Congratulations.

They were excellent with Jade. They picked her up and had her delivered the very next day. She arrived in excellent condition. I would recommend them to anyone needing to safely transport their pet.

Mike was great with Pearl. She arrived happy and healthy. Mike took excellent care of her and she was very attached to him when she got here. The only room for improvement that I would suggest is he could have called and communicated with me more on his set backs in the trip, I fealt like I was always having to call him for updates.

Hoffys was awesome with my two great danes. They arrived healthy and happy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially anyone with animals. Arrived on time and professional. Easy to communicate with.

Great shipper!!! She was in contact with the pick up person as soon as the bid was a accepted and in contact through out the trip from MO to PA. She took excellent care of our Lilly and we could not be happier with our experience with this shipper...would definitely use again, Thanks!!!!
