Provider produced two incorrect BOL's
Provider failed to pick up shipment at agreed upon time
After delivery, charged my credit card for an amount that did not match bid and only explanation was it was a mistake. Provided a credit after 3-5 days but did not credit correct amount.
After second try finally received a credit to my card so total charges reflected agreed upon amount.
Seems like they are incapable of processing a transaction correctly or maybe they plan on doing this be design. Response from 1stClassShipping: Customer did identical shipment back in June. The two prices were confused and quickly rectified during non business hours over the Holidays. Customer also left the following positive feedback on that same load: "Nice work - easy transaction - thanks."

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider indicated he was no longer able to honor the price because pick up had to have occurred on 7/14/2011 - he did not hear from shipping point although shipment was available for pick-up - Response from EliteOneLogistics: shipper accepted bid,i called the pick up location and no answer,left message no return call so my truck had to continue on.. i offered him an ltl rate but thought it was to high
