Dishwasher was loaded on it's back. Packaging arrived soaking wet. Customer ordered a return and a full refund. Costing me £280 in courier fees.

The reason the packaging arrived soaking wet was because the dishwasher was full of water and smelt and looked like it had been used and was supposed to be brand new , if this was the case there would not be any water , we have had to take our vehicle for a full vallet to get the salt removed and that cost us money too , also did you get the photos your paying customer took ?
