Very happy with the experience. Frank was responsive and flexible. We had him ship a very heavy load and appreciate his willingness to unload and deal with such an unusually heavy load.

We are very happy with the service, we are new to UShip and the transporter that we chose was really good at communicating with us. Everything was delivered on time and unloading was so easy--way easier then we ever expected. Highly recommended
