After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer My transport truck broke down and it needed to be fixed. I notified the buyer and seller. The seller was ok with it, but the buyer got mad and intense through text messages to the point where He started using bad words and rushing me through text that is why I am not comfortable going near him.

Avoid this shipper! He missed 5 different pickup dates, that he set. Lots of excuses, complete disregard for the time/scheduling on the seller's end, as well as, mine. Not one bad word in any of my texts, contact me if you want to see them. Both the seller and I accommodated each of his delayed pickup dates, and did not make any of them, then he cancelled. Complete failure by this shipper, while trying to blame me for his inability to provide service.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Transmission when out and Truck roll down a hill while loading it. Damage Trailer and Truck Sorry any problem this cause as we lost Cell phone.

Always makes shipping better when our receiving customer has a great personality and is really happy to be receiving his shipment. We would be happy to work with John again. Pre-pay through UShip entered received immediately upon completion of unload and released payment.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Do not use this shipper. Poor communications, missed three pickup dates that he set, and had lots of excuses. I will be glad to share the texts between us to anyone that wants to see them, not one bad word in any of them from me. This shipper did not do one thing that he committed to. Very little concern about the scheduling for meeting him by both the seller and me. Very poor service provider. I have shipped many, many vehicles, this is by far the worst experience, to date.

Excellent Shipper!!! A+ on communications, care of my bikes being shipped, flexible schedule and route. I cannot say enough about Simon and how he handled the multiple locations, sellers, bikes and changes that I requested.
