I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The transporter guaranteed that he would be there Friday, but he has never answered. I have called at least fifteen times. Finally his wife answered and said he would pick up Tuesday. Yesterday Tuesday I called and then he finally texted me that he isn't able to pick it up. I haven't heard from him since. I have been having to pay storage fees for his delay also. Worst business
