A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper stated they were in Dallas after acknowledging the item was scheduled to be picked up as agreed weeks ago. I even asked that the employee contact me after their arrangements but never got a call. After completing my deliveries in Dallas(which was suppose to go with this deliver) I returned to Temple and stayed overnight. The shipper failed to call me back. Even after I called several times that day waiting for a time. I even returned the shippers text stating I could return to deliver.
