In the last 7 years I have successfully used USHIP for many loads and my luck finally ran out with these two. From the moment I booked the shipment the pick up was delayed (with little to no communication). One of the two shippers got sick then never conveyed this off the bat and then sent one person to load and my wife had to help load (and she's not big). My shipment then was over a week late and again little communication. Cost me $1500 for lost items. I would not use these folks ever!

first it took over a month for this thing to leave a review my girlfriend had got sick then she made me sick which we did not ask for i went and picked up his junk from his x she had to do nothing i hauled all his junk myself she helped very little they had been told all along about our being sick and soon as i was well enough i went myself to pick up communication was kept up the whole time with his x and far as him loosing anything the is a straight out lie he lost nothing he is a bitter man

Stand up guys. Hard to find quality men like these two. Took care of my shipment A-Z with great communication and on time delivery. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Shipper was polite and courteous. The overall experience saved me time, frustration, and money. However, that being said, I did get a small nick on my brand new motorcycle on the saddle bags and upon further, detailed, inspection after the shipment was over my back rest post was broken and needed replaced. Therefore, if stars were awarded for this shipment I'd give it a 3 star rating.
Sometimes you get what you pay you know.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period 1- Lack of communication when arranging pick up, and now he's late for pick up appointment
2- He wants to deliver on the incorrect date, not agreeing to what was decided in the original bid
