UNACCEPTABLE service from the driver! He delivered the 500lb crate curbside! He should have delivered at the loading dock. He refused to do this. We then had to call a private delivery service to come pickup the crate from the curb & take it to the dock. Which is on the other side of the of the business. An additional cost for us. WE DON'T WANT THIS RUDE DRIVER AGAIN! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! WE WILL NOT USE UPS FREIGHT AGAIN!

The driver who picked up the crate @our studio was kind. He had me fill out a BOL even tho the Uship BOL that I'd printed was attached to the crate. He kept insisting that i had to fill out a RL form. The next day i get a call from RL accounting questioning who the shipment need to be billed! I explained how it was paid thru Uship. The driver needs educated on Uship.
