THis shipper is not reasonable. She booked a shipment at 6:35 at night and demands it picked up no later than 10 am on Monday. She is demanding that we guarantee it. We request a cancel on this booking.

James was Heaven Sent. This courteous man went out of his way, to do more than I had know I wold be in store for.
I purchased a car without plates and registration, and he was so kind to sit with us and make sure we had everthing completed.
He made sure we were headed towards home (map wise), so he didn't have to worry about us. I would highly recommend this professional man (yet personable), to deliver all of your shipment needs. Barb M.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward This man is too aggressive on the phone! I have had 2 great experiences with U-Ship in the past. I purposely put IT HAS TO BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM. What is U-Ship for if we can't state the facts. I had a Craigslist Mover that cancelled...and I had promised the seller 10:00 AM due to him moving out of town. So this is a desperate plea for a truck drivers help. This man was very misleading telling me 5-7 days. It shows he didn't answer my add honestly.

She called after booking the shipment.Demanding the car be picked up by 10 am tomorrow morning. I told her that I would have to see if the trucks were in the area. She said she had shipped lots of shipments on UShip and had 10 to 15 offers to pick this up by 10 am I told her it is 6:30 on a Sunday. We could not promise it would be picked up at exactly 10 am the next morning.
This was a very unreasonable demand. If you accept her bid good luck.
We do not mislead our customers.

Shep, was not only professional, but also personable. Shep was on time, delivered as promised, and was at the mark earlier than we had expected(GREAT)!. We needed our fifth-wheel fast...and he delivered beyond our expectations. I will definetely make shep our favorite. I also own my own business www.barbramaxxdesigns.com and know what its like...when I make a promise for a Wedding or Event...I want to make it a 100% positive experience. Well, Shep has made my experience in trust as such!
