I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Driver has not been able to communicate with shipper driver waited in the area for 2 hours

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After I accepted CIty Wides bid they contacted me to cancel the bid on Uship and just handle the shipping directly with them. I said i wont do it. They said they would still haul the car but I would have to pay them extra to make up for the fees from Uship. I said i wont do that. They said they would pickup the car for me on Monday. They never did and now wont answer there phones. Very poor run company.
