The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We couldn't agree we the schedule Response from Jeffrey T.: I do not agree with the statement above. Padovani29 should have showed up during normal business hours. He then requested for the shop owner to make night stand available at 10pm, which the shop owner especially came into the shop to help fulfill transporters request. Padovan29 then called and said he will be showing up closer to midnight. This is not fair to ask any seller & this is unacceptable in my point of view. I guess we can agree to disagree.

Well were do I begin? I booked this with Jeffrey in order to collect prior to a deadline and store until he could work out export...and that went smooth.
Thanks to his flexibility, patience and kind communication, we were able to work out a mutual delayed delivery due to my unexpected personal appointments. I would be happy to help anytime. Thanks again. Ride Safe

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hello, the transport provider could not show up during normal working hours. The provide said he would come at 10PM to pick up the item. I especially requested the shop owner and seller to come to his shop at 10PM, which he did. The Transport provider then said he will come at 12am. This is totally unacceptable and a very unpleasant experience. I have been left with no choice but to cancel :-(
