A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The total amount to ship is 458.20 not 500 price was not raised the client at pickup was unavailable for pickup on the date requested to pickup vehicle we have been trying to get a hold of client to pickup vehicle. We were unable to meet clients requests for other pickup dates.

Broker called, and said driver would call shortly to set time, waited all weekend, no call from driver. car never picked up. lots of confusion from this provider. they must be too busy

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Not the same vehicle as shown. Vehicle frame missing and too rusted to load and transport safe.

provider did a good job, im a out of state buyer, but seller did not disclose current condition, axle was not attached vehicle could not be transported. this was not my fault or the provider.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THIS SHIPPER WAS OUTSTANDING PERIOD! i have worked with may transporters throughout the years. chris delivered the shipment when he said he would, right down to the minute, amazing. handled my items with care just as promised. and was very polite to deal with. this person is very trustworthy, if there is a delay dont loose faith, it not the end of the world. he will pick up and deliver ASAP, conditions permitting. thank you chris, HAPPY CUSTOMER

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services this order was booked on 3/10/16. deposit was paid to uship 131.26. provider stated pick up within 3 days of booking, (by 3/13/16) delivered by (3/15/16). it is now 3/20/16. no call from transport co to pick up as promised. provider also tried to raise the rate an additional 200.00 said pay the driver 500. agreed price was 300. I cannot wait any longer for this shipment to move. cancellation requested 3/20/16

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I purchased the vehicle online, out of state. the picture of vehicle purchased was complete, however when the shipper went to pick up, the rear axle was not attached to car. the driver was not able to load and transport safely, thus the provider was not able to haul the shipment. this is not the fault of the provider or myself who placed the order. seller of vehicle did not disclose current condition.
