A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The boat was originally scheduled for pickup on October 9th. After driving 200 miles to the pickup location I discovered that the trailer was not roadworthy for a thousand mile trip. I was nice enough to offer the customer an open window of when we could try to do the shipment again because he right away offered to purchase a new trailer but obviously that was going to take some time to get our schedules back together again. Pick up with then set for the 19th and rescheduled again with him askin

Excellent reliable service for my boat and kept me informed every set of they way. I would not hesitare to use Greg again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment was rescheduled for Weds Oct 21 based on phone agreement Oct 19. Shipper did not show up Oct 21. Detailed plans with Boat trailer manufacture as well as personnel arranged to transfer boat to new trailer all feel through. Personnel waited late in the day for no show by shipper. Buyer/ Of boat UShip customer traveled to drop off location a day early on camping trip to be in area and be available for shipment arrival in Ohio. All phone calls and communication attempts were ignored
