Very poor communication, almost none existent, shipper did not even let me know they could not do the shipment due to having an accident and had to find on my own with many phone calls and messages left without a responce. Would not recommend

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We regret that we are not able to make your delivery for you. Today, Wednesday 2-3 we have been up under review by Uship for not having a MC number. When getting our paperwork in CA we obtained a DOT number and proper cargo ins. but was not informed about a MC number. We are now on our way back to Ca to obtain the proper authority papers so that we are completely legal to make legal deliveries. This can take up to three weeks to complete. We would not have bid on your item if we were aware

Tom done an exceptional job getting my trailer and engine to me even though he had to deal with getting new tires during the trip on the trailer for me and getting caught in a snow storm and stuck he was still able to get the job done :) I would recomend to anyone and hope to use Tom again for my hauling needs. Great job Tom, thanks for everything :) comunication was great. A+++

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper had an accident and was not able to pick my load up. Communication was really bad through out and didn't even find out that they were not able because of accident for days even though I was emailing, texting, and leaving voice mails to find out what was going on
