My clients and I were originally a little skeptical of using a drive away service, but Impreza delivered. They moved quickly, and got things done with amazing speed to deliver on time, and in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to anyone.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper was unable to pick up the car despite multiple rescheduling attempts. I had to make multiple to calls to find out what was going on. This ate up about a week. They also asked for an additional deposit before signing a contract. In all fairness they have been transparent and helpful in cancelling this deal and making sure we get both deposits back.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time He failed to return phone calls, rarely returned text message, and asked me to reschedule on the day of shipment, when I agreed, he failed to respond to call or text on the new pick up date.
