WORSE EXPIERENCE WE'VE EVER HAD WITH U-SHIP! TRIKE WAS MISSING IN ACTION FOR 3 WEEKS, NO COMMUNICATION. WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS. POLICE CONTACTED FOR MISSING BIKE, WHEN LOSER FINALLY DELIVERED TRIKE, MAJOR SCRATCHES. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

IT IS FUNNY HOW PEOPLE PASS THE BUCK. WE ADDRESSED SCRATCHES ON THE BACK OF BIKE AND GENTLEMAN AT P/U AREA SAID THAT CUSTOMER WAS AWARE OF THEM. WE HAD SEVERE ILLNESS WITHIN OUR HOUSE...FLU AND COULD NOT REALISTICALLY GET ON THE ROAD. PICS WERE SENT TO CUSTOMER WITH UPDATES ON TIMING FOR DELIVERY. WE ENDED BEING THE FALL GUY FOR THE SHABBY BUSINESS ETHICS FROM CUSTOMER AT P/U AREA

POOR COMMUNICATION, BIKE ARRIVED IN BACK OF A PICK-UP TRUCK...DRIVER NO HELP IN UNLOADING. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

We have always used pickup trucks to do transports and never advertised anything other than this. I'm sorry that the driver did not help as we always do try to help however we can with unloading.
