Contents arrived in perfect condition. Driver was in and out in no time, quickest delivery we ever received!

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This was service was scheduled for 1/23 and it is now 2/5 and no movement has happened.

Driver couldn't make the delivery in our loading dock and had to switch trucks even know I left noticed to do this prior to arriving to our location.

Cargo arrived much later than the predicted date and arrived destroyed. They completed neglected the safety of this cargo and removed it from its pallet. The crate ended up being busted open and the contents arrived laid out on the bed of the truck. Luckily, we purchased insurance but now I have to file a claim. So now I have to wait while be out $30,000 and an entire die set for my machinary. Won’t be using Roadrunner Freight again.
