Although the delivery men were friendly and they did the best they could, they didn't use any protections to avoid that furniture got scratches. This was promised at the time of the bid. Therefore, I cannot recommend this courier especially if you have valuable furniture. Not reliable.

I am not sure why you would leave this after the dates we gave you weren't convenient for you, even though they are given before you accepted our bid. Rather than let you down we agreed to outsource this for your specific date, which we did at a small loss which you were aware of.
