We live in Washington DC, our motorcycle was in Washington State, and was being delivered to Missouri..Norman was excellent, he was very prompt , he actually picked up our motorcycle same day we accepted his bid...his driver was very nice he called us a couple of hours before his arrival. They did an outstanding job for us, we will definately use them again in the future if we have shipping needs.
