Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services we have spoken several times.We had everything worked out about shipment.I told hime I would make a special trip800 miles each way to move this unit as quickly as I COULD.EVERYTHING WAS SET.Then he spoke to the receiver, who was also shipping a unit to him(a swap or something),He then was told to only use a DOT shipper.He called me and demanded to know if I had a DOT number. I told him it was filed and I had to look it up.I also informed him it would take about 3-4 hr.I was hospl.order canld b4
