I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment WE ARE SORRY BUT WHEN WE ORGINALLY SET THIS UP WE WANTED TO PICK THIS UP ON TUES.AFTER ACCEPTING OUR BID OWNER SAID IT NEEDED DONE ON SATURDAY WE ENDED UP IN A LAYOVER OUT OF OUR CONTROL AT THE PORT SO WE RECHEDULED IT AT THE CUSTOMERS CONVENIENCE AND HAD A AXLE GO OUT ON THE TRAILER THATS ONLY 4 MONTHS OLD WERE SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE TO THE CUSTOMER THANKS TOM

When it was originally set up, the ad said the earliest pickup was thursday, not tuesday. You misread the listing that I submitted. I know things happen so chalk it up miscommunication but Tom was already on his way to get another load when I called him back after telling me his trailer had problems so that right there told me other things.

Nolan and his wife are great people, they made sure my truck was secure and safe and their pricing was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again and may possibly do it again soon. They stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Wish every shipping service provider was this nice and courteous, thanks Nolan for a job well done.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Trailer broke down after 2nd attempt to pick up my truck. First time was a miscommunication, not too happy but do you do? Thanks.
