Shipper stated in answer to another bidder that he would be reimbursed for fuel misleading me to bid lower and upon delivery he said that he thought that fuel was included. I spent about $140 for fuel.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not follow through in these ways: 1) he did not contact seller despite saying he would multiple times 2) he did not provide pickup date and time despite saying he would multiple times 3) he did not return emails or phone messages 4) he did not meet the agreed upon time frame for pickup or delivery 5) he failed in just about every way to give us confidence in his willingness and ability to provide service. It is now more than two weeks after the agreed upon pickup and
