Shipper was pleasant and appreciative of the care taken with her things beautiful rug & lamp. She was organized and understanding of my need to keep going & made sure I did not wait around. Paid in advance too! Then the sister at the receiving was available when I arrived and had plenty of help to unload. Thank you!

your rating was due to lack of communication; I've made the same drive alone in a ford escort pulling a loaded UHaul trailer on ice and snow through Denver and Utah. All you had to do was call; when I called you you never stated anything but "on schedule" and "water pump problems". I don't care what my rating is. I'm not a service provider; I'm a customer

It is hard to list all the "best" things about Jackie's service--she communicated continually to keep me informed, she was punctual, she provided assistance on the best way to handle my items, she took great care to load the fragile items, she delivered to my sister on time and her bid was reasonable. You couldn't ask for a better experience! I would not hesitate to use her again.

Tony was 2 days late in delivering the items. He set the schedule and I was OK with it, but he didn't meet his commitment which affected the schedules of others.

well we just ran into a VERY craby customer!!! not very understanding..... that we had to drive through the mountains in snow and ice and got held up for a bit.
