The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Your service provider showed up with a truck that was not big enough to haul the trailer even after I gave him the size length dimensions and weight. Even after the trailer builder advised him his vehicle was too small he still wanted to try and put it on his van not a truck a van. He caused damage to his van and had to leave without the trailer. Over the course of three days he made several promises to pick the trailer up and has yet to do so your service provider has now cost me thousands of d

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Ghosted me after I accepted the offer. Ordered a hitch from the shipper and never picked up neither. Will not answer phone calls or emails.

picked up and delivered on time . kept us up to date . he was able to get his trailer into a tight area to unload into a building . highly recommend
