Alex answered texts and calls promptly. He was not able to be at the pick up location but his broker was and he was on time. Alex was ready and waiting when I arrived for delivery and gave me a nice tip. It was a pleasure transporting for Alex and I would gladly transport for him again. Dann

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Made me drive 12 hours out the way. He wanted me to cut my original wiring harness and refused to answer phone after I told them I couldn’t pick it up due to wrong information about the wiring.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Extremely rude an unprofessional. Refused to carry my boat just because He didn't have an adapter for the trailer lights, and even after being offered one by the dealer representative, He still refused to pick up the boat.
