Was 3+ hours late for pickup, clearly burdened with the amount of pickups he was doing in one day. Would be better to allow more time so delays didn't stack up by the end of the day. Good communication otherwise, dresser arrived safely and our customer was happy.

Great experience, no rescheduling happened which was amazing considering many of the other uship experiences I've had. Our customer received the hutch promptly and in the condition it left our warehouse. A+++ would definitely use again. Thanks Mark!

First of all the desk was delivered same-day and safely so 5 stars for that. Phone communication good but unfortunately timing estimates were way off so -1 star as this is very important to us. We requested two people for this delivery and he ended up doing it solo and not telling us before pickup, so -1 star. NOTE: In his terms he delivers 24-7 so KNOW THAT BEFORE BOOKING. We felt terrible for making our customer receive a delivery at 11pm and it was not a good representation of our business.

It’s very difficult to answers a call every hours on hours while driving 8 1/2 hours straight to northern California..PNW101LOGISTICSWESTCOAST will never dispatch a driver to job not knowing or equip to handle the task at hand... the job didnt requires two men to get it done obviously.Yes..PNW101LOGISTICSWESTCOAST term & conditions states that pickup are 6am-11am.. And delivery are 24 hours due to new Covid-19 protocols..

Very poor communication and coordination, but delivered as promised. Shipper scheduled pickup and then arrived unannounced one day early. She arrived with two guys and one guy carried the headboard and banged the leg on the concrete while the other guy stood around. Other uship people take photos and wrap it up before loading it. I specifically asked to be notified with delivery updates but there was no communication at all. Our customer was happy with how it arrived though so that's something.
