Unacceptable service. took several days to deliver. pick up on 5/30, deliver on 6/5, picking up in CA, delivering to CA. Cross country deliveries don't take this long.
Rude customer service person when attempting to call and get status.
In addition, the pallets were broken down and the tires loose loaded, causing issues at destination.
This is no way to treat people.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Before posting this load on the uShip marketplace, I tried to book with roadrunner on the uShip LTL platform and roadrunner was unable to accommodate the close time of the business, so I cancelled those transactions with roadrunner.
