The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer misrepresented the shipment by saying it had good tires and had been greased. Was road able. When I arrived it had two flat tires out the six all six tires was dry rotted. The trailer axles appeared to have never been greased in its life time of 25years. Safety chains and hook up where rusted and corrosive looking like it had set in salt water for most it's life both wheel guards was loose and about ready to fall off. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Provider says the trailer tires are in bad shape and axles needed grease and will not haul in current condition. Seller of boat/trailer provided records showing axles greased in last 4 months. He also disagreed with providers account of tire conditions but agreed to install 6 new tires the next day. As the buyer, I have not seen the trailer so I did not misrepresent anything! I only have the ability to list what I have been told. So he now wants to almost double his bid. No thanks.
