The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Gary was amazing to work with. Once we booked and saw that the Hurricane had switched paths it would have been unnecessary for me to drive the shipment to the customer only to have him have to drive it back for no reason. Gary was very thoughtful and willing to continue the shipment to make sure and not hurt my business, and I am happy we were both able to accommodate this cancellation without any harm done.
